Strategic Retail Group was founded in January 2007 by the members of the retail team formerly of Trammell Crow Company, Phoenix. SRG is comprised of three partners: Matt Milinovich, Jeff Alba and Jason Fessinger who have over 25 years of retail brokerage experience. In addition, SRG is also home to Josh Stewart and James DeCremer, two vastly experienced retail brokers with tremendous knowledge and expertise in the areas of project leasing, new developments and tenant representation. SRG is a leader in retail project leasing in the Metropolitan Phoenix marketplace. SRG currently handles over 7 million square feet of retail projects on behalf of our Landlord clients including numerous new and existing power center projects in Metropolitan Phoenix and surrounding Arizona communities.
