Bill is a Senior Associate at Strategic Retail Group; previously Bill worked for Champion Development, a Scottsdale based developer specializing in mixed use retail and office development. Prior to working at Champion Development Bill worked at Evergreen Development Company, the preferred Walgreen's developer in Arizona, and Weingarten Realty, one of the largest REIT's in the United States. Bill has diverse background in retail project development and leasing, tenant representation and land sale transactions throughout the Phoenix & Tucson markets. Bill has successfully represented such notable developers & landlords as: Weingarten Realty, Evergreen Development, Champion Development, GDA Real Estate, Maverick Holdings, and BCO Development. Bill has represented several national, regional and local Tenants and is responsible for site selection for many tenants currently active in the Phoenix market. Bill brings an extensive retail development background to every client relationship benefiting his Landlord and Tenant clients.
