Brad’s diverse experience spans a career filled with extensive cold calling, closed lease transactions, and industry contacts. Brad has established a reputation for confident, creative, and fully informed decision making ability in small shop leasing, big box leasing, tenant representation, construction, property management/asset management, contract negotiations, financial analysis, marketing and rent restructuring. Brad recently relocated back to Arizona from California, where was most recently the VP/Director of Leasing for Pacific Capital Investments and Management.
