Brad Carey is an Associate at Strategic Retail Group; previously Brad was an Associate at De Rito Partners from 2007-2008. Brad began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in 2004 where he specialized in retail investment brokerage working under David Guido & Joe Compagno. Brad has diverse experience in retail project leasing, tenant representation and pad sale transactions throughout the Phoenix market on behalf of numerous landlord & developer clients. Brad has successfully represented such notable developers & landlords as: Silk & Stewart Development Group, Passco Companies, Glimcher Ventures Southwest, GDA Real Estate, and BCO Development. Brad has represented many national, regional and local Tenants and is responsible for the initial rollout to the Arizona market of Ink Stop, and many other active retailers. Brad brings experience, extensive market knowledge and a high level of energy to every client relationship providing successful results on their behalf.
