James DeCremer is a Senior Associate of Retail Services at Strategic Retail Group; previously James worked at Global Retail Development Group where he specialized in retail pad sales and leasing of new development projects throughout Arizona, as well as acquisition services in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and California. James successfully created and implemented the marketing campaign for Global's 35 property portfolio in Arizona. James completed over 50 transactions in his first year as Director of Leasing for Global. Immediately following, James was promoted to Director of Site Acquisition for Global where he identified, analyzed and negotiated the purchase of retail properties. James brings a strong acquisition and disposition background to his landlord clients providing them with the experience needed for successful retail development in the Phoenix marketplace. Currently, James assists in the project leasing of 9 power centers for clients like Vestar, Kornwasser, and ING Clarion.
