Jason Fessinger is a Partner at Strategic Retail Group; previously Jason was a Senior Associate of Retail Services at Trammell Crow Company and joined TCC in 2004. Jason began his commercial real estate career at Insignia/ESG in 2000 specializing in retail project leasing. Jason has extensive experience in project leasing and tenant representation throughout the Phoenix market and is a leader within SRG in executing retail leases on behalf of our Landlord clients. Jason currently provides project leasing on numerous new retail developments and existing centers for Champion Development, GDA Real Estate, C.N.A Enterprises and ING Clarion. Jason has successfully represented Kelly Moore paints in numerous transactions throughout the Phoenix market.
