Jeff Alba is a Partner at Strategic Retail Group; previously, Jeff was a Senior Associate of Retail Services at Trammell Crow Company and joined TCC in 2004. Jeff began his commercial real estate career in 1995 at Grubb & Ellis specializing as a retail broker providing clients with expertise in project leasing, pad sales, and tenant representation. Previously at PDG America, Jeff delivered a wide range of development services as a new construction project manager on over 500,000 SF of new retail projects; this background affords our new development clients the experience and knowledge needed in the Phoenix marketplace. Jeff currently provides the project leasing for 14 power centers in the Metro Phoenix market for Vestar, Barclay Group, Frontera, Kornwasser, GDA Real Estate and Diversified Partners. Jeff has also successfully represented such notable tenants as: Comerica Bank, FedEx Kinko's and Anytime Fitness.
