Joshua Stewart is a Senior Associate of Retail Services at the Strategic Retail Group; previously Joshua Stewart was an Associate of Retail Services at Trammell Crow Company and joined TCC in 2006. Joshua began his commercial real estate career at De Rito Partners, Inc where he specialized in the pre-leasing and leasing of shopping centers and was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” in 2004. Joshua has represented many notable developers and landlords such as Vestar, The Barclay Group, Diversified Partners, Armstrong Development and CNA Enterprises.. Joshua has represented national, regional and local Tenants and is responsible for the initial rollouts to the Arizona market of TCF National Bank, Wingstop Restaurants, Hungry Howie's Pizza as well as other notable tenants.
