Kalen is an associate at Strategic Retail Group; previously Kalen worked for Champions Estate Sales, a real estate firm based in London, England specializing in mixed use leasing, investment sales and research while working on assets in Southwest London. Kalen has diverse experience in retail project leasing, tenant representation and pad sale transactions throughout the Phoenix market on behalf of our landlord & developer clients. Kalen has successfully represented such notable developers & landlords as: Diversified Partners, CNA Enterprises, Champion Development, Maverick Holdings, Continental Properties, and GDA Real Estate. Kalen has represented several national, regional and local Tenants and is responsible for site selection for many tenants currently active in the Phoenix market.
