Mark joined Strategic Retail Group in 2007 as Senior Associate of Retail Services. Mark’s diverse real estate experience comes from owning and operating multiple companies in four (4) states over the last 15 years. His responsibilities included all aspects of running and managing these companies which required negotiating lease and purchase transactions, developing and implementing marketing strategies, site selection/acquisition and development of sites, letter of intent and lease negotiation and all aspects of the development process.
In addition, Mark was the master franchisee for a fast casual restaurant concept in New Mexico where he owned and operated two franchise locations and oversaw all site selection, lease negotiations, architectural drawing and contractor bids to build, open and run the restaurants.
Mark’s extensive business, management and leadership background coupled with his knowledge of all aspects of retail real estate makes him a valuable asset to his landlord and tenant clients.
