Matt Milinovich is a Partner/Owner at Strategic Retail Group. Prior to forming Strategic Retail Group Matt was a Vice President of Retail Services at Trammell Crow Company from 2000-2006. Matt began his commercial real estate career at Capital Retail Group in 1997 specializing in new development project leasing and transitioned to Trammell Crow Company where he managed and grew the Phoenix Retail Services team into one of the most productive retail project leasing teams in Phoenix over a six year period. Matt has diverse experience in large project leasing, pad and land sales, and tenant representation services throughout the state of Arizona. Matt provides the project leasing for numerous power centers in the Phoenix market for Vestar, Westcor/Macerich, Kornwasser, Frontera Development, GDA Real Estate, Developers Diversified [DDR] and Continental Properties. In addition Matt is currently working with DJM on disposition assignments for select retail sites in metro Phoenix and working with several receivers on the stabilization of bank controlled retail assets in Arizona. Matt has successfully represented such notable tenants as: Sunflower Markets, Einstein’s Bagels, Comerica Bank, FedEx Kinko's, Ben & Jerry’s, Anytime Fitness and Massage Envy with their expansions throughout Arizona.
