Matt Milinovich is a Partner at Strategic Retail Group; previously Matt was a Vice President of Retail Services at Trammell Crow Company and joined TCC in 2000. Matt began his commercial real estate career at Capital Retail Group in 1997 specializing in new development project leasing and transitioned to Trammell Crow Company where he managed and grew the Retail Services team into one of the most productive retail project leasing teams in Phoenix over a six year period. Matt has diverse experience in project leasing, pad and land sales, and tenant representation services. Matt provides the project leasing for numerous power centers in the Phoenix market for Vestar, GDA Real Estate Diversified Partners, Kornwasser and Continental Properties. Matt has successfully represented such notable tenants as: FedEx Kinko's, Comerica Bank, Einstein's Bagels, Ben & Jerry's, Anytime Fitness and Massage Envy with their expansions throughout Arizona.
