Strategic Retail Group recently secured two new listing assignments with Developers Diversified Realty. The two new DDR project listings assignments are Ahwatukee Foothills Towne Center at I-10 & Ray Road in Phoenix and Arrowhead Crossing at 75th Avenue & Bell Road in Glendale. Ahwatukee Foothills Towne Center is a 675,000 SF power center anchored by AMC Theaters, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Officemax and Babies R Us. Arrowhead Crossing is a 400,000 SF power center anchored by Staples, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, Barnes & Noble, DSW, and Pure Fitness.
