SRG hires Ilaria Giansanti-Borden
In her new role, Ilaria will be developing the Tenant Representation side of the business for SRG utilizing her corporate relationships and providing a wide range of consulting services to all Tenant clients. Previously, Ilaria was a Development Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company and joined Starbucks in 2006. Prior to Starbucks, Ilaria was the Director of Real Estate for Massage Envy where she helped grow the concept nationally with 175 franchised stores in 2 years and in 2006, received ICSC’s Hot Retailer Award. Ilaria began her commercial real estate career in 1997 at Diversified Partners specializing as a retail broker working on project development, leasing, tenant representation, construction management and investment transactions throughout the Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico markets. Ilaria brings a broad background of Fortune 500 and franchise real estate experience as well as familiarity with development zoning and municipal procedures throughout the country to any tenant looking for paramount tenant representation services.
